Where do you ship from?
We ship from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, Monday to Friday, within 72 hours. Short delays may occur during holidays, restocking and new product releases.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $29.99!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide global delivery services. Due to logistics issues, some countries/regions cannot be delivered. Please understand. For details, please refer to Shipping Policy
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel orders once placed, especially on launch days.
Do you accept returns?
Ringcrystal gladly accepts returns for products purchased from Return & Refund Policy. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly.
To return an item, please visit our Returns Center.
Enter your order number and email address, phone number, or zip code on the Returns Center page, then click "Start a Return."
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your address and select the items you wish to return.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the order date.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the return.
Final sale items are non-returnable. This includes any products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
